I'm in a pickle I'm stuck with a lemon car that started having problems 8 days off the lot

I owe 9k when they replaced the turbo (1k) they did not do the cooling right and now has a cracked head (1500-3000k job) I no longer want to be locked into this car financed through buy here pay here dealership monthly payments went from 350$ to 462$ with the cracked head payments are gonna go up and affect the cost of living they just keep tacking stuff on

Called a bankruptcy lawyer and they want 1800$ for services and filing and option to wait 4 months and make 200$ payments every 2 weeks

Is this a good price? This is the first time ever having to file chapter 7 I'm in Iowa or can I get a better price elsewhere online?
