Looking for a old gen Studio Display
Hi. Here’s my problem. I’m a professional who uses a very expensive specific software, and the version I have runs only on Sequoia or earlier. I can’t afford to upgrade to a new version, nor do I have the option to do so.
For the past 9 years, I’ve been working on a 27-inch 5K iMac running Mojave, which has been perfect so far but is starting to show its age.
I bought a Mac Studio M4 Max from the Apple Refurbished Store that runs on Sequoia. The goal is to use it for at least 10 years.
Now for the screen issue. The new Studio Displays aren’t compatible with Sequoia.
Alternatives from other brands like LG don’t seem as polished to me. I regret not getting an older-generation Studio Display when they were on sale last year.
In your opinion, can I find a new, older-generation Studio Display with a VESA mount for sale somewhere on a website in the EU? I don’t see any on the Refurb Store anymore.
Also, for accounting and VAT refund purposes, it needs to be on a retailer’s website, not a classifieds site
