I painted and glued the passenger side assembly together in haste this morning, and ran out of paint for the final coat. But it's good enough for road use. Not like I'm taking it to SEMA anyways. The stray bulb is for the license plate light which I'm still trying to figure out. Final pic is how it started.

Welding sheet metal is a bitch. The 1/4 inch gaps didn't help either but I can't find any holes with my light. Last pic is what I started with.
