After looking at dozens of early-stage saas landing pages, i’ve noticed a pattern: most founders sell "features" instead of "outcomes."

i’ve put together a quick framework for a positioning audit that anyone can use:

  1. the Hero test: Can a visitor tell exactly what you do in 5 seconds?
  2. the "so what?" check: Are u listing features or solving a specific pain point?
  3. the mirror effect: Does your copy use the same language your customers use in interviews?

Am currently putting together two deep-dive case studies using this framework (pdf teardowns with specific fixes).

I have room to audit 2 more products for free this week.

Wanna a fresh pair of eyes on your messaging and don't mind me using the results as an anonymized (or public) case study, drop your url below.

will pick two and send over the teardowns by friday.
