Hey, I have applied for permesso di soggirno at questura di immigrazzione at milano for familiari motivi since my wife is italian citizen. Its been almost 7 months. and theres no update. I keep checking the tracking online. I have submitted my docs and fingerprints at the same day. for some reason, I havent got the codice fiscale. agenzia della entrate has refused to give me that, suggesting I have to wait for the pds.

I have sent several pec emails through a lawyer. but there hasnt been a single response. Its been really frustrating since all my life is stuck. not being able to do anything at all.

Can anyone suggest me what can I do next legally to speed up the process ?
