Shoulder ache when playing

Ok so I've been *learning* for a while. I've had to have a few breaks due to serious health problems and then my confidence completely spiralled. BUT I'm back and finally picking up properly, finally played 3 days in a row, but part way through a piece my right shoulder was aching so bad I had to stop. Am I just to tense? Do I need to do some kind of shoulder workout? Any tips I'd be sooooo grateful! Because I'm in a mental headspace where I feel I can put the time in, but I'm now not wanting too because of the ache. I can't win! Thank you xx

When have they gone "too far?"

Not naming names. Though I seriously want to. There's a creator who is ambulatory WC user. Developed tics. FND. You name it they got it. And everything is VERY staged.

Now I feel able to to talk about this because 1) I and my partner have seen her out and about. They live local. His family also knows her family. So we know about the past medical history- and funny enough it's mainly psych.

So they are *ambulatory* wheelchair users. That's important. They regularly post about being in a wheelchair. And the negatives in life associated. They also post videos walking about. Skipping. Having fun. They are seen out in their local area- nothing! No tics. None of the million and one episodes they claim. And this is on more than one ocassion- yes illnesses can be variable. But so they never show being ill etc every single time? And family don't even believe them?

They've just posted a video doing an activity that they have posted not long back, doing on foot with ease. Here it's interesting..... They did the same activity, but sat down and filmed it and said that they are doing it quote "while they re-learn to walk".

EXCUSE ME?! That is actually an insult. They CAN walk. It's an insult to ALL people who for any reason HAVE had to relearn how to walk and live life- if that's possible for them.

This is a rant I know. But this has pushed me over the edge. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to hold back much longer!!

Hi,

Pardon my ignorance, but the rules keep changing. My partner has a fairly decent car sat in the garage. It's SORN and has been a while. We don't think it's going to need much doing to it, obviously new battery etc.

The car was parked up due to change in career. Going from 100 miles to less than 5 miles in a day was pretty pointless in keeping a car on the road. But we live a bit of a drive apart, his dad is getting older and can't walk everywhere all the time.

SO the burning question. What's the best way to get his car MOT, taxed and insured?

-i know you *could* drive to a pre booked MOT station with no MOT- is this still the case?

- because there is no MOT, obviously it can't be insured. It's illegal to drive without insurance. What does one do in this situation?

Is our only hope to find someone with trade plates (if I can get it going with new battery etc) or is it going to be a recovery job?

I appreciate any advice here!
