Does anyone have any advice for passing the NC real estate exam? I have failed the exam for the third attempt and its starting to become discouraging. I feel that I can talk about concepts and information all day..but cant seem to pass. The wording is horribly tricky. Has anyone tried "Just Call Maggie" on youtube? Were you able to pass? If so, how did you prepare for it?
