Why do I have nosebleeds every time I have sleep paralysis
I looked it up and results told me nose bleeds were unrelated to sleep paralysis and just a coincidence but it happens every time I have sleep paralysis. Not always but most of the time I have the same dream, whenever I have that dream I pretty much know I'm gonna have a nose bleed and sleep paralysis. My sleep paralysis includes me feeling like I'm being suffocated and it feels painful around my chest or like I can't breath. I'm just a bit confused about it, does this happen to anyone else?
