Torch 9800 Sim Issue..

Okay so. The sim card tray was in tact when I got it, after I removed the AT&T sim, it won’t read any sims anymore. I’ve reinserted the AT&T sim & it still reads “Insert Sim Card”, I’ve tried the paper method, and what I’ve figured out is the “sim holder shield” is damaged, but idk what that is…. This is gonna sound really dumb but can anybody circle where I need to repair?? Thank you!!

ATT, must give credit where credit is DUE!

Okay so tiny little round of applause, out of all the carriers AT&T has kept all of their unlock codes, (verizon never kept theirs, never tried T-Mobile.). Anytime I have gotten a AT&T branded phone from this era I have always gotten it unlocked under 10 minutes.

Hi there! I have a Droid MAXX, I put a sim card in it & it registered the network, and had signal for a minute & then lost signal. Then I restarted it & this error comes up. Can I remedy this?

It keeps giving me this error anytime I put a sim in. It got reception for a minute, registered the network and then lost service, and ever since has been giving me this error.
