ELI5: If sound waves cover hundreds of frequencies, why are technologies like radio and wireless internet able to work? Why aren't they crashing and all canceling each other out?

How do you gear up accessories?
I have no idea what i'm doing. I have been storing up the crafts and drops and synthesizing trying to get higher rarity. But, the stats are all random.
So what are the best buffs to hold on to? Is it specific to each class?
Is there a trick to synthesis like fusing only level 90's or something?
And lastly, what engraving, decorations do you aim for?

How do you get the very rare items?
There's achievements for celestial and the rank below it, I forgot the name. I know legendary -> arcane -> beyond, i have two pieces of beyond (sadly lv40 only), i have never seen celestial and other rarity. Are these impossible to obtain? Synthesis not only fails to upgrade the rarity but even downlevels due to 65-80 bracket not isolating 80+
