What's the part that eats the most time?

Fairly new to caregiving and still figuring out how people manage the admin side of it.

Not the caregiving itself. The scheduling, the paperwork, the phone calls, whatever else piles up.

For those of you doing this for more than one person, what's the part where you look up and an hour is gone? Curious whether it's the same thing for everyone or completely different depending on the situation.
