We are planning a trip in August and we have Hilton points we'd like to use on an all-inclusive stay. It looks like there are two all-inclusive Hiltons, Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun. We will be traveling with a 3 year old and we're looking for as much of a hassle free experience as possible. Is it better to stay within the "Hotel Zone"?

Last time we traveled to Cancun we rented an AirBnB within the Hotel Zone and that was a huge mistake because everything is all inclusive so no one would feed us since we weren't staying at any of the resorts.

Looking for any recommendations if anyone has stayed in either one (or both) of the Hiltons in Cancun. Thanks!
