im not super into cars so i have no idea what causes this sound or what it is. its that loud kinda gearshift sound. can someone tell me what this sound is? and if its not something that i did to my car how would i turn if down or off completely?

Not sure if this is the right place, but I've been listening to a lot of BAKGROUND and I'm wondering if there's any Free plugins that can achieve BAKGROUND's style of pads. also, i use Fl studio so if there's any way to achieve that sound by using the stock plugins that would also help.
any tutorials or recommendations on where to go to ask this question would help a lot
