After a 6 week long wait for my glasses to arrive having quite a bit of buyers remorse... Sadly as they have a prescription not much I can do so hoping for some encouragement on here.

First issue is finding it quite hard to get use to them compared to my previous glasses feels like the lenses are too far away from my eyes, have tried them for a few days now and feel relived to put my old frames on each time.

Frustrated that the summary feature has vanished from the conversate app, this was a feature I was really looking forward to as helpful to keep track in busy rooms etc

I can't find a way to have more than 10 "apps" on the glasses without swapping in the app, seems quite limited to have to keep swapping them all the time.

The display is way more noticeable than I expected, people have asked "what's that in your glasses", the discrete nature was something I was really interested in.

Not wanting to have a moan just feeling pretty disappointed after a long wait and a significant chunk of money spent so any tips and tricks would be awesome!

While I wait for a response from support sitting coffee less so curious if anyone had any other suggestions on how to fix, have started having the following issues the last few days, have tried off and on a few times but no luck

- Rotary dial very laggy

- Sometimes while trying to operate the screen just goes blank and I have to power cycle the device

- Close lid warning when the machines lid is closed sometimes this just results in a constant high pitched beep then the screen goes off while still beeping and only solution is to power cycle the unit

- Failed Brews, part way through a brew it just goes back to the menu

Has anyone had any updates on preorders from coffee merch? We are now technically into summer so feel like there should be some progress if we are to see them delivered in the next few months? Dropped coffee merch an email but haven't heard anything back yet....

EDIT: Just adding here I have woodland on pre order as that could have an impact on dates I suppose
