we reached the point where our current ERP is creating more manual work than it saves.

reporting, inventory, purchasing and order management all work but we accumulated a lot of workarounds over time.

Before investing in another implementation I would like to understand what made other companies decide it was time to switch ERP systems. Was it performance, usability, integrations, implementation costs or something else?
