First time trying King Oscar brand, as well as tinned Mackerel. I was surprised by how packed full the tin was, and how meaty the fish was! I had some basil and a prosciutto mozzarella roll to use, and I figured this would be a good fit! The saltiness of the fish was perfect and didnt require an additional season for balancing the flavors of it!

I am definitely looking forward to more experimenting with tins!
