Quit my job to go full time into my business

Currently at what feels like a cross roads I want to start a Recruiting agency and am very passionate about it. I love sales and I love people so I thought this would be the perfect industry to get into. Recently though after getting all things finished coming up with scripts making my website, my game plan, my ICP and all of my paperwork in order. My next step is to do market research and fully lock everything else. I work as an SDR in a remote b2b company and it takes up all the actual business time (9-6 shift) I can start prospecting and what not on my lunch breaks but after I get my first client and first hire I am kind of stuck whether or not I should go part time or actually quit my job to focus fully on this. I know this business is going to work out I am extremely delusional about this working out. So the belief isn't the problem I am just worried my job is going to hold me back and make everything 100 times harder. Just want some advice from real humans instead of chat gbt. I am very much I have to go all in and "burn my boats" to give my 110%. type of person. Anyways any advice helps thank you!
