Citalopram 40mg

So I’ve been on citalopram 40mg from 20mg which I was on for 4 weeks I’ve been on 40mg for 6 weeks now I’m on them for agoraphobia and panic disorder and I’m not good I’m feeling trapped in drive throughs which I never had before btw and I had to get off a train for the first time ever today I am so on edge it’s a joke thinking of getting off it and giving something else a go. It’s a hard one because I’ve been on citalopram before for about 6 years in a decent place but I just think it doesn’t work for me anymore I had a panic attack 2 years ago on it and it put me so deep into agoraphobia so I came off tried several different meds and 2 years down the line still in the same situation. There’s been 2 times I’ve felt like I’ve had to get off a train and both times I’ve been on citalopram.
