I am looking into buying the rtx 5070ti version or the rtx 5080 version, is it worth it? i found it for 3k and 3.5k euros respectively.

Conditional offer to firm offer

I literally uploaded My final grades yesterday for my conditional offer and today i received a email from a dorm, does it mean i got the firm offer down? Or is it just a way too specific timing, (i think i didn’t get the firm offer now and have to regale my exam)
