Edit; I want to make it clear I’m not saying the charge is illegal. I’m saying that the way it is presented is illegal. All pricing must be shown on the product page. You cannot add non-optional items during the checkout process. If Ubiquiti displayed it on the product page they would be fully compliant with the law. A mockup of all that would have to change to make it legal:
