I suspect this is asbestos in the panels here? I'm putting up shelving and it's just crumbling with the slightest touch. Looking for advice, I'm tempted to just leave it and do my best but to disturb it but it's so crumbly I don't know if that's a safe option? The shelving is just freestanding, not being attached to the walls.
