Ingredients:

• Plenny Shake Chocolate – 94g (400 kcal)
• Sugar-free chocolate pudding mix – 7g (25 kcal)
• Erythritol – 20g (0 kcal)
• Splenda baking blend – 3 tsp
• Xanthan gum – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – 1/8 tsp
• Instant coffee – 1 1/2 tsp (optional)
• Unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 300ml (40 kcal)
• Zero-sugar chocolate syrup – 31g (10 kcal)

Preparation Steps: Mix/blend all ingredients together and pour into a Ninja Creami pint container; freeze for 24 hours. Thaw under warm water for 30 seconds, then process on the Lite Ice Cream setting. Scrape the sides, run under cold water for 30 seconds, and use Mix-In or Re-spin to reach your desired consistency!
