For those of you who have done thorfinn cosplay, how did you go about trying to find/make his hood/cowl? I’m planning to be him for Halloween and am struggling to find something to buy that 1. Looks right, and 2. Will arrive before Halloween. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone been having issues with yard waste pick up? I recently moved into a house in mt lookout and the past 2 recycling pick up days no one has come to collect yard waste. Wondering if this is happening other places as well.
