Hey all! I’m an incoming UofT masters student looking for a studio apartment. I came across listings from Annex Property Group and they have some openings on 82 Spadina Rd & 219 Spadina Rd. These spaces are furnished and have utilities/internet included.

I’ve been searching online but I haven’t really seen any reviews for the property group or even the buildings. Does anyone have any current/past experience living either at these buildings or somewhere else owned by this company?
