Been playing for a while and still I keep getting guns like M416 repeatedly. It's getting a little boring. Can someone tell me where to find and unlock these locked guns?

I arrived at the designated location and killed all 3 rikers. Then nothing happens. The Reach the rikers location objective was still there. Nothing else was going on. Is this side mission bugged ir am I missing something?

I have been struggling to leave groups in this game but couldn't because you have to press the button on the top left corner to access the social page first, which was easy on mobile platforms but was impossible on the PC version because my PC monitor isn't a touch pad. Anybody have any ideas?
