we bought cabana tickets with a secondary account trough the waiting list. Last year it was possible to change the name at the checkout - this year not.

Now we have Cabana tickets in the name of a not existing main buyer…

We can personalize the bracelets in our names, but as I heard, to get to the cabana it’s necessary to provide the ID of the main buyer. Is this correct?
