Looking to start training for my first triathlon and was wondering if anyone in the East valley in AZ is currently training or knows any local groups to join. Over the last 18 months I’ve only done running races in both marathon and ultra distance, but looking to switch things up.
If you’re not local to AZ, any recommendations on where to start with tri training? Most nervous about the swim.
