Does anyone know when the final rules/regulations are coming out for the RAP plan? I’m wanting to switch from PAYE to RAP to take advantage of the interest subsidy. My understanding is I need to switch back to IBR before July 2028 but I want to confirm I can switch to IBR once the final rules come out.
