My hibiscus is basically dead. My best guess is that it was not watered much over the winter and then overwatered all at once because the little green leaves that had started coming out all dried up. I cut it all the way back and there is still a little green under the bark which gives me hope. My question is, should I repot it or will it be too stressful and I should leave as is. Also the plant has been in a northwest spot next to a window for the winter. Should i move it to a south facing window? Please help, this plant means a lot to me for reasons that are too complicated to name. Thank you!
