My periods have lightened up a lot in the past year, mostly just spotting. But the smell! Have you ever used a public restroom and they hadn’t changed the sanitary waste bin in far too long and you could smell that old blood smell wafting? That’s what my periods smell like. It’s horrible. I gag using the bathroom. I worry about leaving my house because I smell so bad. Is this normal??
