32M, 5'11. I previously made a post in this sub around 9 months ago about getting down to 270lbs from 425lbs doing OMAD for several years.

I got down to 260lbs in August and my weight loss had stalled out so I decided to start hitting the gym to strength train consistently for the first time in my life. My original goal was to get down to 200lbs by this month but it didn't happen.

I'm still around the same weight but I've probably gained 10 pounds of muscle and lost 15lbs of fat since October. I've also got tons of loose skin on my gut and thighs which is probably contributing something to my current weight. At this point, I think body re-composition is a more achievable goal for me than getting down below 200lbs.

Anybody else have issues like this?
