I’m currently working on refining my process for analyzing traffic and ranking drops on my ecommerce, and I’d love to hear how you all tackle this at scale.

My current process looks like this: When I see a page dropping, my approach is pretty manual.

1. I dive into GSC for that specific page.
2. I analyze the exact queries and positions to see which terms have lost rankings and CTR.
3. Then, I go to AnswerThePublic and Semrush to research new keywords, questions, and gaps around the topic.
4. Finally, I rewrite and refresh parts of the content based on that new data.
