
I’ve been running my first machine for about a month and things have been going pretty good. I noticed this week that when anything is purchased from my C row with a credit card the transaction is refunded because the “product failed to vend” however the product is actually vending. At first I thought maybe the thin candy wasn’t setting off the vend sensor.
I went to the machine and tested cash on the C row and everything vends flawlessly.
The rest of the machine vends perfectly with cash or credit card.
I thought I saw this issue in here before but unfortunately I can’t seem to find the thread. I also contacted machine support and they said it was probably a nayax issue possibly related to MDB codes?
Anyone have any experience with this or know of a fix?
