I was put on 160mg Valsartan for HPB. Was on it for a week and I had such bad panic and anxiety. Dr told me to split to 80 and try. Still so much panic and anxiety. I finally did some of my own research and learned that ARBS can cause this in some people. I can’t take another pill and feel like that again. I patient portaled my dr about this and I am waiting on response but it’s the weekend. My BP is 133/85 without today’s dose. Without meds it ran 144/89. Will I be ok not taking anything till I hear from her?
