Me again. Thank you all for those who responded to my first post. I have another problem and the pool tech isn’t responding.

My spa is draining into the street when the pumps are off. We had the solar heater serviced and check valves replaced. I looked at the check valves and all the flaps are closed.

Is there something that I missed? Is one of the valves should be off?
