Good day to you all. I've found myself at a place in life where the ground isn't accessible where I live and in order to have a garden once more I've got to stick to plant pots. This is wildly different than what I've been used to my whole life. I live in NC so we get really good humidity and sun, and now that the weather is stabilizing I've got lots of babies to plant. See Pic 3 for my current list of plants.
I get very good sun from about 6am-12pm. My plant pots selection is a bit limited, but I've got these three big pots in Pic 2, (trowel for scale) and I'm wondering what all I can stick together inside of those pots to make work. I'd like to fit maybe three plants in each pot, but I don't want them to fight.
I've got the little hydroponic seed starters I picked up and they do pretty dang good. I'm not really sure the optimal time to remove the plants and plant them. I've noticed on the last batch that if you wait too long the roots get very tangled and it seems to stress them out a lot when you remove them.
Also just looking for general tips with mostly herbs in plant pots. I seem to have a habit of over watering or under watering, so I'm trying to figure that out in tandem.
Thanks for all the help over the years, and cheers!
I can never seem to grow Lavender..
