I went for a run tonight and since then have had a sharp pain in my left nostril like you would if you snorted water. It’s especially bad if air hits it so I’m holding it closed with one hand and breathing through my mouth while I try to sleep but it still just really hurts.

I did a saline rinse to no end - does anything else help with this?
