A coworker of mine wrote a student up for leaving their classroom without permission multiple times (as directed by the administration). The teacher went on infinite campus the following day and saw that the write-up of that student was no longer there.

I hate how common this probably is; now when a school says "look at how few write-ups, detentions, and suspensions we issue. Our students are so well-behaved and disciplined," we know they're probably lying.
