How much do recruiters actually trust resumes, and what would make you trust a candidate more?

I'm sick of the black hole of resume ghosting and 'years of experience' requirements for entry-level roles. I'm building a way to prove your coding skills with actual project-based challenges so you can show what you can do instead of just sending out 100 resumes into the void. Is this something that would actually help you get a foot in the door, or are you guys just focused on grinding LeetCode right now?

How much do recruiters actually trust resumes, and what would make you trust a candidate more?

With the current market being so tough for juniors in Europe, how are you guys handling the sheer amount of ghosting after applications? I'm trying to solve this by creating a way to verify your coding ability through project performance, skipping the initial resume filter. Would you use something like this to get an interview, or do you have a different approach that's working better for you right now?
