Hi! I'm consistently looking for information on what I should use to build a pc but they always recommend things for settings I have no interest in. I just want a pc that can run 720p(or 1080 is fine, i don't want 4k) and with 30fps(or 60 is fine. i really don't need 120 at all).

most "higher end" games i plus are from like 2019 anyway (ex: dmc5) or even earlier like gta5(i don't wanna play online just the game itself) but i do also want to play newer games (specifically monster hunter wilds).

is it possible to get pc parts that runs games like this within my preferences or do i really HAVE to get those higher end things that run specs i know i won't use?
