I need advice! So I have been on four job interviews as a new grad and I haven’t gotten any offers

For context, I am graduating in August. I have been to four separate interviews and I’m not really sure why I have gotten any offers yet.

I feel like I interview well and answer questions professionally. I posted a TikTok and someone commented on my outfit and said that might be the problem for reference I’m interviewing at rural hospitals in the town I grew up in.

Is it my outfit? Should I wear something different? My college recommended business casual or better.

Here’s a photo of my outfit: a basic white tee, navy slacks, brown loafers and a sage green cardigan. Obviously hair is done better than in the photo (pull back in a low bun).
