Been scammed a few times though telegram and crypto - don’t know what the best option is anymore.

Has anyone been to the emergency dentist for wisdom teeth pain? I’ve one coming through but don’t know how serious it is to be solved, and whether it’s an emergency or not. It’s split my gum and I keep hearing horror stories of it messing with the rest of my teeth… I’ve just moved back and haven’t got a normal dentist yet.
