Movie has perfect name because no one knows what Hrithik is doing. So director added tagline, “leave it to God” hoping film will be box office hit.

Plot - Esha is student in Shimla boarding school. She has found love letter in some book and says it’s for her. She calls radio station to play song. Now Hrithik calls to say love letter is written by him and to also play song. Why he is writing prem patra to school girl, I don’t know. But in next scene he is doing photo shoot of some child. Then he is describing perfect woman as “bache jaisi bholi.”

But Hrithik is sanskari guy committed to school girl Esha. Girls are asking Esha about secret admirer and she just shows picture of clown. This is great symbolism of Hrithik‘s character in movie. Both are writing love letters to each other. Hrithik is even sending toy plane as gift, which is addressed to Gabbar for some reason.

Esha has become college girl now and dad, Alok Nath says it’s time for marriage. She talks about secret admirer so dad fixes meeting to see him. But Hrithik is not there. He is busy playing tennis and for some reason, Saif Ali Khan shows up. And Alok Nath has fixed their rishta.

But Saif is not committed guy so he goes to Hrithik. He is showering after tennis practice and for some reason, Bobby Darling is dancing topless in background. Saif tells Hrithik to spy on Esha. So Hrithik meets her for photo shoot assignment. Now you are thinking they will recognize each other. But both have not disclosed their identity even after writing so many prem patra. Hrithik is doing great job of giving feedback to Saif. But Esha doesn’t want wedding because she still loves secret admirer.

She has decided to write prem patra to meet her at mandir with teddy bear. She goes there but Hrithik is again not there. He has found out best friend, Saif is in love with Esha so he has just left teddy bear for her. Esha is now telling Saif they cannot marry. She is saying she loves some guy who is writing her prem patra. Saif looks like he got julaab and runs away. He goes to Hrithik again and says to pretend to be prem patra wala guy. So Hrithik calls from blocked number and says he is secret admirer and he doesn’t love her. Then he does what all Bollywood celebs do after multiple flops - take sanyas in Canada. He has gone from Greek God to Canadian God.

Many years later, Saif has come to Canada and found Hrithik. He is introducing her to wife but it’s not Esha!! And Hrithik is at exhibition where he is displaying photography skills. All photos are of Esha and Saif has understood everything. Hrithik goes to India and discloses identity to her. Movie ends with tagline, “Sometimes you just leave it to God.” Full tagline should say, “sometimes you just leave it to God but if it doesn’t work, you should leave for Canada.”
