Received 1 out of 2 pairs of YS-01 after 5 months.
Here is how the timeline looks like of me ordering 2 pairs to me receiving 1. + mini review at the end.
17.11.25 I made an order for 2 pairs of YS-01
18.04.26 Waiting for 2 more months with no update from support, I decided to email them again with even more information regarding my order with screenshots attached and everything, this time around I didn't even get the copy paste email that they recieved and reviewing it.
30.04.26 Since my last email didn't even get acknowledged, I started searching around if anyone has ever managed to get reply back from Yeezy support and how did they do it, which led me to THIS post in this subreddit. I copied it 1:1 with my info and sent it.
30.04.26 After waiting for 4 days since I last tried to contact Yeezy support and not even recieving the copy paste email and looking through few other posts on how to get a reply back, I improved the template and sent THIS email as a last hope.
01.05.26 BOOM 1 day later I recieve a reply from Jeffrey (YZY CUSTOMER SERVICE) "Your order has not yet shipped due to a backlog affecting fulfillment." and within 12 hours of that email I recieve a 2nd email that says that 1 of 2 pairs I have ordered has been shipped.
11.05.26 I live in Europe and it took 10 days from my slides being shipped to me recieving them. And without being too specific, I live in the Balkans, which usually means that anything coming from China takes extra few days to get to my doorstep.
I might be totally wrong, but I feel like if I had ordered YS-01 Black on their own, I woulda recieved them much sooner, but since I had them in the same order as the almost non existent YS-01 Vanilla, my order was "on hold" until I managed to get ahold of YZY customer support.
The slide came in a bag, I went with my TTS, and they fit like a glove, I am 99% certain that a size up woulda worked too, but TTS is viable too since the slide is soft af all around, they were not in a box and since they are my first pair of Yeezy slides, can't really compare their comfort to any other slides except Nike Calm 2.0, which is super soft/squishy and comfortable, but nowhere close to YS-01, I own a lot of shoes that are praised for their comfort, people say that the foam on the YS-01 Black is more firm than other colorways, but even then they are still probably the softest footwear I own. I definetly plan to order more, even given the price increase and the wait time.
