Interesting find, i have a reproducible write up and full transcript and done over 6 times with nothing but natural conversation, no prompt injections, no scripts. Just ChatGPT on my left monitor while i was coding on my main monitor. I tried to submit it but they said it was out of scope. It did things it should not have done. As it said "I was more responsible with the boundary than it was.
