Hey everyone,
I recently cleared the recruiter screening and HackerRank for a Salesforce Senior Technical Support Engineer role, and my next round is a 30-minute technical interview with a panel (Swarm Leader + Senior Customer Success Lead).
Trying to understand what to expect:
Is this round more code debugging (Apex/Flow/logs) or scenario-based troubleshooting?
If debugging is involved, what level of complexity should I expect?
Will questions be based on my 4 years Salesforce Developer background, or more focused on support-style problem solving?
Any tips on how to prepare specifically for this type of panel?
Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this or works in Salesforce support teams.
