I’m officially disappointed now. I wasn’t before, but after seeing all of this happening, I can’t ignore it anymore.

I’ve had this phone since release day, kept the 80% charge limit on the whole time, always used a case and screen protector, and now I’m dealing with random overheating while it’s just sitting in my pocket, plus the top right corner of the frame seems to be separating from the screen.

On top of that, the battery health dropped from 100% to 97% in the space of two weeks. I’ve genuinely never had issues like this with any previous iPhone.

Booking a Genius Bar appointment with Apple and hoping this gets sorted under warranty.
