Hi Mark! Do you have a statblock for something like a sentient sphere of annihilation?
I have a plan for an inside attack on a city, where a sentient sphere of annihilation will be unleashed and wreak havoc on the denizens. I'm looking for something akin to a mini black hole that's fairly high CR (17+) and I vaguely you had something like this.
