What’s your shrimp’s favorite veggie?

I don’t know if you can see them well but I noticed something like white spots on his body. It might look like reflection of light but it’s actually visible from any angle. But it might also be because his left side of belly is kind of sticking out and that part’s white color stands out more.. (he’s had a digestive problem once before but it went away after about 4 days) He is eating okay amounts but has been reacting to food and chewing before swallowing a lot slower the last couple of days, compared to how he eats normally. Can anyone tell if the white spots are coming from a disease?
