Hi guys, I've never done house sitting before but planning to do it during my OE. There's a house sit I'm interested in but there'll be someone using one of the rooms during the month+ stay, they have their own bathroom but would share the kitchen. It sounds like a flatmate. To my knowledge, this is against the rules.

I'm honestly not too phased because we'd both be females and it's not too bad as long as they're quiet, clean and don't bring guests over. My question is regarding liability, if something was to happen then it'd make things very murky compared to being the sole sitter. My gut feeling is to not take the sit despite it sounding nice (nice location, pets are super cute and lovely house). What would you do?
